Anheuser-Busch is launching a new line of alcoholic beverages called Peels, according to a report from BrandWeek.

It's made with 100% real fruit juice and has an alcohol content of 5 percent by volume. Claimed to be targeted toward women who are a bit more mature and prefer to drink something more upscale than coolers or malternatives, Peels is said to be a product that can meet all of those requirements.

It contains no added preservatives and no artificial flavors.

Varieties being offered include Blueberry Pomegranate, Strawberry Passion Fruit, Pear Lemon and Cranberry Peach. Each is said to contain a fraction of the sugar and calories and a whole lot more antioxidants and nutrients.
