French-based Bouchard Pere et Fils introduced its new Petit Chablis Bourgogne AOC 2004.

This white wine's varietal is 100 percent Chardonnay. It is said to be a fresh, lively, soft and elegant wine with a flowery perfume. The manufacturer recommends it with oysters, seafood, fruits de mer, cooked meats, and snails.

It is offered in a 75cl glass bottle retailing at €11.60.
