Fat Cat HONEY BEER is made with 100% certified organic Honeydew honey from the south island of New Zealand. We would have used Canadian honey but this Honeydew honey is a very different sort of honey. Made from the Beech tree sap instead of the usual nectar, bees collect this Honeydew honey which has the consistency of maple syrup and the most lovely malty flavour. No other honey is like it.
